Why do you need my credit card for a free trial?
Asking for CC info helps us prevent abuse of the system (AKA jerks who sign up for endless free trials). But never fear: every signup comes with a fully functional 14-day free trial.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes, a 10% discount if you pay for the entire year in advance.
Can you use my PDF flyer as a template?
Yes, we take your template and make a replica that is then automatically generated when you add or change a listing. This option is part of the Business plans.
Do you syndicate with Loopnet or other marketplaces?
Unfortunately, Loopnet does not have an API that would allow us to connect with them, but we can set an automatic email that will notify your Loopnet representative every time you make a chance to your listing.
