CREXi - The fastest growing commercial real estate marketplace in the industry. It gives brokers the essential tools to list and market listings. Check out the free broker plan that includes unlimited listings.

Digsy - A platform that markets to other CRE professionals by taking a personal approach. They have a free account that includes unlimited listings, lead capture, and search widget.

QuantumListing - A crowd-sourced commercial real estate listing service. All listing search is free and if you want to post your listings, an individual account is $79 a year and for an entire firm is $899.99 a year.

RealMassive - Enables users to find commercial real estate properties and access updated available properties. The best part is that it is free to list and search throughout the United States.

Spacelist - Canada’s largest commercial real estate listing platform. It can be used to find office, retail and industrial properties. They have a free account that includes unlimited listings, inquiries, and admins.

Ten-X - Is an end-to-end commercial real estate transaction platform. It enables sellers to manage their posted listings from one place and keep track of listing information from the seller dashboard. It has a fee based model.

The Broker List - A platform to find deals and connect with other brokers. Members can share their listings via social media, RSS feeds and email blasts. It’s free to join.
